Spotlight: C&T voted 2009 Best Places to Work by Dallas Business Journal
Congratulations to COWLES & THOMPSON, voted one of the 2009 Best Places (small company category) to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal!
Winning companies were determined by the aggregate score of employee surveys, administered by an independent research firm, Quantum Workplace. Companies that achieved best-practice scores were selected as the Dallas Business Journal's Best Places to Work. The best practice scores meet national industry standards and vary by company size: small companies (10 to 99 North Texas employees), survey score of 90 or higher; midsize companies (100 to 499 employees), survey score of 87 or higher; large companies (500 or more local employees), survey score of 85 or higher. More than 400 companies entered into the survey process.
