He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Defense Counsel, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Green has given numerous lectures and presentations at various seminars, including such topics as: direct and cross examination of doctors, selecting a jury, taking depositions of the opposing party, avoiding bad faith and toxic torts.
Mr. Green received his B.A. degree, cum laude, in 1976 from the University of North Texas and his J.D. degree in 1980 from The University of Texas School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1980 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
