Mr. Israeloff is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. He also serves as Mayor of Fairview, Texas. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, State Bar of Texas Litigation Section, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is a former Barrister in the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court. Sim was included in the 2011, 2009 and 2007 editions of the peer-review listing The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Commercial Litigation. In 2010 he was named to the Lawdragon 3000 Leading Lawyers in America. He is also listed in the Marquis Who's Who in American Law.
Mr. Israeloff received his B.B.A. degree in accounting, with highest honors, from The University of Texas in 1980, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Beta Alpha Psi accounting honor society. He received his J.D. degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1983, where he was an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1983 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
