Lindsay received her B.B.A. in Finance in 1999 from Texas Tech University, and her J.D. in 2003 from Texas Tech University School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2003, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Also, in 2008, Lindsay was certified as Attorney Ad Litem by the State Bar of Texas.
