David received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2000 and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2006. He was a member of the National Moot Court team and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judges Royal Furgeson, Xavier Rodriquez and Brenda Rhoades. He is also fluent in Spanish.
