Mark L. Hill is a Shareholder in the Commercial Litigation Section of Cowles & Thompson. His practice primarily focuses on the area of business litigation, including: employment disputes, regulatory matters, business torts, real estate disputes, breach of contract, and construction matters. Mr. Hill's clients routinely include financial institutions, businesses, real estate developers/owners, insurance companies, healthcare companies, and construction businesses.
Mark has successfully represented corporate and individual clients at trial in both state and federal courts throughout Texas.
Mark L. Hill is a Shareholder in the Commercial Litigation Section of Cowles & Thompson. Mark is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Collin County Bar Association. Mark is active in the business litigation section of the Dallas Bar Association , and is currently Chair of the business litigation section of the Collin County Bar Association. Mark is licensed to practice in Texas state courts as well as the United States Federal District Courts for Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Mark was born in San Antonio, Texas in 1975. Mark attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. After graduating from Texas A&M, Mark moved back to San Antonio and attended St. Mary’s University School of Law. Mark sat for, and passed the bar exam prior to his graduation from law school in 2002, and became an associate with the law firm of Mosser allers PLLC in 2003. Since that time, Mark has practiced in the areas of real estate and business litigation. He has successfully argued cases in numerous state trial courts, including courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Harris counties.
Mark lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife, Tiffany. He is an active member of St. Francis Catholic Church, the Frisco and McKinney Chambers of Commerce, North Dallas Rotary Club, and Frisco A&M Club. In his spare time, Mark enjoys traveling, bike riding, and playing golf.
