Mark S. Senter is a Shareholder in the Dallas office of Cowles & Thompson. His practice focuses on providing advice to, and litigating claims involving business owners, partnerships and corporations. He has represented corporate and individual clients in complex litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial real estate, insurance issues, construction, telecommunications and zoning issues. Mr. Senter has represented clients in Germany, Mexico, United Arab Emirates and throughout the United States. He has successfully litigated and arbitrated disputes involving dissolution of partnerships and corporations, RICO, DTPA and fraud. In construction litigation, he has represented sureties, developers, and general contractors in wrongful death claims, payment and performance bond disputes, statutory lien issues, and bad faith claims.
