Barrett Speaks at Hospitality Law Conference

On January 22-23, 2004, Richard Barrett-Cuetara spoke on liquidated damages, impact and encroachment policies, and renovations and upgrades to the hotel chain, from the franchisor's perspective, at the 2nd Annual Hospitality Law Conference at the Conrad N. Hilton College, University of Houston, Texas. The conference was co-sponsored by the Hotels, Resorts, and Tourism Committee of the American Bar Association.
