C&T Attorney Co-Author in Upcoming Bankruptcy Book

Cowles & Thompson Shareholder Steve Stapleton has authored a chapter in the upcoming book "inside the Minds: Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Client Strategies," to be published in Spring 2008 by Aspatore Books. Steve wrote the chapter titled "How Ethics Shapes and Informs Client Strategies," which discusses ethical issues to consider when representing a client in bankruptcy.
