Greg Carboy interviewed by Dallas Business Journal regarding Exxon Mobil case involving pilots retiring at a certain age

In an interview with the Dallas Bar Journal (Sept. 11-17, 2009) Greg Carboy mentions that the lower court will ultimately uphold Exxon Mobil's age limitation policy which applies to corporate pilots mandatory retirement age.
A federal appeals court recently reopened this court fight that Exxon Mobil Corp. appeared to have won against the Equal Employment Opportunty Commission over the Irving oil company's policy of making its corporate pilots retire at a certain age.
Carboy states: "It's possible you might see the EEOC appeal again if the trial court again rules in favor of Exxon Mobil."
