C&T Welcomes New Shareholder, Mark S. Senter

Cowles & Thompson is pleased to announce that Mark S. Senter has joined the firm as a Shareholder. Mr. Senter's practice focuses on providing business advice to business owners, partnerships and corporations. His practice also includes commercial and construction litigation.
In commercial litigation, Mr. Senter has represented and successfully tried disputes involving dissolution of partnerships and corporations, RICO, DTPA and fraud. In construction litigation, he has represented sureties, developers, general contractors on payment and performance bond disputes, and various telecommunication entities on zoning regulation and cell tower permitting and placement.
Mr. Senter has represented clients throughout the United States, Germany, Mexico and Dubai, U.A.E.
Mr. Senter is licensed in both Texas and Louisiana and has served on the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Hospice Foundation.
