Greg Carboy and David Johnson obtained a summary judgment in a wrongful death case filed in Dallas County. Plaintiff alleged the Firm's client, a general contractor on a school construction project in Plano, Texas, was negligent in the death of an employee. The court found that the plaintiff failed to produce evidence that any act or omission of the general contractor was a proximate cause of the fall that led to the employee's death.
