Sim Israeloff obtains Good Results for Our Client
Sep 16, 2004
On September 16, 2004, Sim Israeloff successfully defended a client from a claim of civil contempt in federal court. Plaintiff alleged that the client, a former regional sales manager for a data collection company, had violated an agreed permanent injunction by soliciting former customers on behalf of a competitor. After a full evidentiary hearing including live testimony, Senior U.S District Judge Barefoot Sanders ruled that the client had not violated the injunction and overruled the motion for civil contempt.
