Sim Israeloff and David Johnson obtain Good Results for Our Client
May 17, 2005
On May 17, 2005, Sim Israeloff successfully defended a business client and won a summary judgment dismissing claims against the client. The plaintiff had alleged that the client was using a corporate entity as his "alter ego" and had made improper asset transfers to his wife and the company. After three hearings and extended briefing, the Dallas District Court ruled that the plaintiff's claims were all barred as a matter of law and signed a Final Judgment in favor of the client. Assisting in the summary judgment were C&T attorneys David A. Johnson and Christina M. Wemmer.
