John Pease wins trial for petroleum client

In June 2004, John Pease won a trial in Travis County, Texas, on behalf of a petroleum company client of the Firm. Plaintiff alleged an employee of the company had struck him in the head with a rock as he was driving away from the station, causing physical injuries. The jury found there was no negligence on the part of the petroleum company or the employee.
