David Johnson won a trial in Collin County on behalf of a nationwide trucking company. The Plaintiff had alleged a driver for the trucking company struck another tractor-trailer in a truck stop in Anna, Texas, allegedly causing extensive damages to the front end of the plaintiff's truck. The court returned a defense verdict, finding no negligence on the part of the trucking company or the driver.
