Greg Carboy, David Johnson win defense verdict in aviation case

Greg Carboy and David Johnson successfully defended a world-wide manufacturer of airplane engines in a lawsuit brought in San Antonio, Texas. Plaintiffs alleged a defect in the engine cylinder's valve train caused an in-flight failure in one of the plane's engines, and brought suit against the manufacturer under breach of warranty and deceptive trade practices causes of action. The jury found no evidence of a defect in the cylinder and returned a take-nothing verdict against the Plaintiffs.
