Sim Israeloff and Tori Regas successfully defended an information technology consulting company against a $4 million claim for alleged fraud and tortious interference. As a result of their efforts, the opposing party agreed to dismiss all claims against our client and to make a six-figure payment to the client for prior services rendered, secured by an agreed judgment in favor of the client and against the opponent.
