Mark L. Hill wins suit against company for breach of Indemnification Agreement

In February of 2009, Mark L. Hill represented a business broker in a suit in which the defendant company failed to indemnify the broker as agreed. At trial, the Court found the company to be in breach of the indemnification agreement, and awarded Mr. Hill's client damages, including his attorney's fees.
