Mike Northrup & Sim Israeloff win Appeal for Municipal Airport Operator

On March 6, 2009, Mike Northrup and Sim Israeloff won an appeal in the Dallas Court of Appeals. The court of appeals held that the Municipal Airport operator had the right to charge an access fee pursuant to its regulatory power as a governmental entity because the license agreement and lease agreement the property owner relied upon expressly made the rights in those agreements subject to future ordinances and regulations.
