Melissa Pegram, Drew Bagot: successfully closed multi-million stock sale transaction

In October 2009, Melissa J. Pegram and Drew N. Bagot successfully closed a multi-million dollar stock sale transaction, whereby a majority interest in a Texas corporation was sold to a publicly traded German corporation. This complex sale transaction included a corporate reorganization, requiring completion of an initial stock exchange transaction and, in addition to the initial sale of a majority interest of the corporate stock, provided for potential future sales of additional stock in multiple phases/tranches, based upon a negotiated criteria. In the course of handling this matter, Melissa and Drew were aided by Glenda O. Brewer and Eric Yepez of the Firm. Melissa J.
