In November 2005, Richard Barrett-Cuetara and Dolores G. Wolfe successfully represented a member of a private golf course located in a luxury residential development in retaining his charter membership, after the club owners attempted to terminate his relationship in retaliation for speaking to club management in his capacity as a member of the golf course advisory committee.
