Summary
Shareholder, Julie Aguilar, is a trial lawyer with proven experience in the courtroom. Having tried countless hearings and trials in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and surrounding counties, she has the knowledge and skill that can only be obtained inside the courtroom. With knowledge of and practical experience in handling complex family law matters, ranging from divorce proceedings, child custody matters, complex property division, and numerous other family law matters, she effectively advocates for her clients in and out of the courtroom.
Julie understands the complexities involved in family law matters and values the trust clients place in her advocacy as they navigate through the legal process. She tailors her approach to the unique circumstances in each case while also keeping in mind the clients’ needs, goals, and desired outcomes. Julie is also a certified mediator, where she assists individuals in resolving their disputes outside of the courtroom.
Having grown up in Central America, Julie maintains a deeply-rooted connection to her Latin heritage. She is a first-generation American and is fluent in Spanish.
