Through its mission, the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center (DCAC) strives to improve the lives of abused children in Dallas County and to provide national leadership on child abuse issues.
Every December, Cowles Thompson employees join together in adopting a DCAC family as part of the organization's "Holiday of Hope" program. This year, the program achieved the following:
- Held 62 community toy drives;
- Had 218 volunteers provide 654 hours;
- Engaged 248 donors;
- Provided 1,830 children with more than 10,000 gifts and toys.
