Summary
Cody Taylor is an Associate Attorney in our Commercial/Business Litigation and the Tort Litigation practice areas. His experience includes implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management program; drafting lease agreements; researching trademarks, operating agreements for LLCs, and by-laws for a corporation; legal research; discovery; and preparation for motions and petitions for suit. A graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Cody was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year for his work with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
