Summary
Grace Wooten is an Associate Attorney in the Insurance Litigation, Construction Law, and Tort Litigation practices. She previously worked with the Colorado State Public Defender’s office where she managed a caseload of 81-140 clients as a Public Defender. Her experience includes criminal jury trials, Motions to Suppress, entity formation and drafting partnership agreements; drafting DOT, promissory notes, NDA, MSA, and SOW, as well as residential and commercial leases. Grace also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kimberly C. Priest Johnson in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
