Summary
Hunter Ralston is an Associate with our Commercial/Business Litigation, Construction Law, and the Tort Litigation practice areas. His experience includes drafting and arguing motions related to the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act, Texas DTPA, insurance coverage, premises liability, spoliation of evidence, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, breach of warranties, fraud, and tortious interference. He has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters including construction defects, premises liability, transportation, contract disputes, and employment matters in the construction, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.
Hunter served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, 2021 and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman, 68th Judicial District Court, 2020.
Representative Matters
- Successfully obtained Summary Judgment and complete dismissal of Plaintiff’s negligence and premises liability claims in Tarrant County for a national retail client in which Plaintiff alleged more than $1 million in damages. (2024).
- Successfully obtained Summary Judgment and complete dismissal of Plaintiff’s negligence and premises liability claims on a Statute of Limitations Defense in Ellis County for national retail client in which Plaintiff alleged more than $1 million in damages. (2023).
