Summary
Bret Walsh is an Associate in our Commercial Litigation, Corporate/Business Law, and Estate Planning, Wills, and Probate practice groups. His 12 years’ experience in legal practice also includes work in government relations. Bret operated his own law office for nine years in Plano, Texas where his counsel provided to non-profit corporations included corporate governance and compliance, and to businesses included drafting and management of business formation documents, commercial real estate agreements, and transfer/sale of business agreements.
Bret has advised legislative candidates on campaign finance and election laws and previously served as Senior Policy Advisor for Legislative and Cabinet Affairs for the Office of Governor Tim Pawlenty in Minnesota.
