Eden Ritholz is an Associate Attorney in the Insurance Defense, Tort Litigation, and Commercial/Business Litigation practice groups. Her experience includes drafting motions; legal research covering a range of commercial litigation matters, including issues related to mergers and acquisitions, finance, privacy, and trademark law; and preparing contracts such as operating agreements and stock agreements. In addition, during law school she provided pro bono/volunteer legal research for the Texas Advocacy Project and tax-related advising through the SMU Federal Tax Clinic.
