Summary
Montana Franklin is an Associate Attorney and member of the Family Law practice group. She also works with the Commercial Litigation and Probate Litigation groups. Her experience includes representing clients in mediations and court proceedings in various family law matters, negotiating both temporary and final agreed orders, drafting motions, and conducting client intake interviews. She graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was a student associate in the VanSickle Family Law Clinic.
