Mike Northrup, head of the Cowles Thompson Appellate Practice, provides regular updates at our Reverse & Render blog regarding topics such as his annual summary of Supreme Court of Texas statistics and activity from the Supreme Court of the United States.  His latest entry looks at citation to electronic databases in the Fort Worth Court of Appeals.

But if you are in the Fort Worth Court of Appeals, you would be wise to use the citation to Westlaw if it is available.
