Angela Lopez leads the Immigration Law practice and has been practicing exclusively in the field of immigration law for more than 20 years. She has developed a large national practice representing numerous foreign nationals and their employers in obtaining temporary employment nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence. She has represented numerous hospitals, healthcare systems, medical providers, university medical centers, physicians, and allied staff (nurses, physical therapists, and medical technologists). Angela is a frequent speaker on a variety of Immigration Law-related topics and she is a member of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.

Bill Siegel leads the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice and is a member of the Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. His experience includes representing individuals and business entities in their corporate and transactional affairs, including drafting and negotiating agreements of all types, and representing individuals and business entities in disputes that may arise in litigation in State and Federal Courts. He also represents debtors, creditors, Trustees, and Committees in bankruptcy matters in Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Bill is a frequent author and active with the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Corporate Growth, and the Dallas Bar Association.
