Scott has spent the majority of his career focusing on toxic torts/environmental, product liability, and personal injury litigation. He has represented a wide variety of public and private sector companies including manufacturers, lenders, service providers, premises owners, suppliers, and distributors. Scott has successfully defended toxic exposure cases involving asbestos, diacetyl, hydrogen sulfide; mortar/mixed dust, benzene, mineral spirits, silica, legionella, and other chemicals. Scott has also defended a number of fire damage cases involving refineries, oil field equipment, and land owners. In addition, Scott has extensive experience handling large dockets, and multi-district litigation.
