Abby D. Merrill is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Tort Litigation practice groups. She is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law where she was Staff Editor of the Florida State University Law Review and a member of the Moot Court team.
Zachary Nichols works with our Insurance Litigation and Tort Litigation practice areas. He is an alumnus of the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the SMU Mock Trial team and served in the Civil/Consumer Clinic.
Eden Ritholz is a member of our Commercial/Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, and Tort Litigation practices. She is also a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law where she was Articles Editor of the SMU International Law Review.
Jason Tams is a member of our Insurance Defense, and Tort Litigation practices. A graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Jason was a member of the National Order of the Barristers, Board of Advocates, and was honored with the Fred C. Moss Outstanding Graduating Advocate award.
