Summary

Hunter Ralston is an Associate with our Commercial/Business Litigation and the Tort Litigation practice areas.  His experience includes drafting motions for summary judgment, motion for spoliation, and legal research related to insurance coverage, spoliation of evidence, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference. Hunter served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, 2021 and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman, 68th Judicial District Court, 2020.
